A Number Of Key Technologies And Graphic Design Services In The Networked Manufacturing Platform

The region economy is an important part of state economy, and region corporation colonies become the main form of market competition with the trend of economic globality. Therefore, using the information technology to promote optimization of resources deployment, to enhance innovation development level, to display the region superiority to make the region economy further development is the task we currently face. Network manufacture can be defined as using information technology to implement product design, produce, distribution, stock, management and other kinds of manufacturing activities. The essence of network manufacturing is to cover the distance between corporations, to share resources between enterprises, to enhance the entire industrial chain and the manufacture community's competitive ability.Under such background, the construction of the region network manufacturing platform is the key to provide a platform for enterprises to share resources and design capacity publicly, to help Mid- and small-scale enterprises improve design capacity.In order to reduce the cost and be more efficient, we integrate the four individual stand-alone systems into one platform. The thesis introduces these four systems as four services of the platform, the framework of network manufacturing platform, support technologies such as Web Services and XML. The three emphases of the thesis listed as follows: safe access control of Web Services based distributed platform, good efficiency, and the uniform data interface.The last part centralizes on the network pattern design service. We put forward some difficulties we came up against during the process of integration such as the efficiency problem in pattern-design service, and proposed corresponding solutions.
