With the requirements of enterprise information to improve, industrial controlsystem to the networked, digital and open development has become an inevitable trend.Ethernet is widely used in industrial control areas, with its good compatibility, highcommunication rate, economical and practical, rich software and hardware resourcesand easy connection to Internet, etc. As a traditional domestic knitting industry, theenterprise information network of artificial jacquard fur industry are mainlyconstructed by the serial communication and field bus. They are not only open poorly,but also can’t realize the real-time and high data transmission. Using TCP/IP networkcommunication technology and industrial Ethernet technology in artificial jacquard furfactory network monitoring and management, it can achieve the real-time dataacquisition and management of all equipments in textile factory, at the same time,realize the integration between enterprise management information system and fielddevice control layer and enhance the information level of enterprise.In this paper, based on the analysis of actual demand in jacquard fur factorynetwork remote monitoring management system, make use of embedded technologyand TCP/IP+Ethernet technology to build jacquard fur network monitor system. In thissystem, firstly, with dual-CPU and dual-port RAM to design the hardware circuit ofmonitor terminal; embedded software development techniques are applied to designthe terminal network monitoring module, human-machine interface module software,etc. Apply industrial Ethernet communication technology, MFC application and thedatabase technology to design the server monitoring management software. Thesystem hardware circuit mainly includes the CPU module, the Ethernet interfacemodule, human-machine interface module, signal acquisition control module andmemory expansion module, etc, to struct platform for monitor software. Systemsoftware was constructed on C/S architecture, in the network monitoring softwaredesign, first of all, make a jacquard fur network communication application layerprotocol based on TCP/IP network communication protocols, the protocol includes twoparts: communication frame format and communication packets. make sure that thetransfer of data between monitor terminal and server monitoring managementaccording to the protocol; Secondly, design the Ethernet interface software; Finally, design the Socket network communication monitoring software based on TCP, mainlyinclude jacquard fur machine parameter set and status of the information such assending and receiving, etc.; In the design of server monitoring management software,take advantage of MFC’s message mechanism and ADO database programmingtechnique, design the TCP server multithreaded management monitoring software,achieve that view the real-time machine condition, send and modify parameters, andthe abnormal alarm, etc.The subject applies TCP/IP network communication and industrial Ethernetnetwork technology to jacquard textile factory control system, construct the distributedindustrial Ethernet network, and realize the interconnection between Ethernet andInternet. Meanwhile, make use of MFC software development technology, databasetechnology, industrial intelligent control theory and jacquard weaving techniques usedin jacquard network monitoring and management of fur factory, it is of greatsignificance to improve jacquard weaving production level and promote the transparent,networked management in textile factory.
