Industrial Real-time Monitoring Network System Design, Optimization And Security

This paper, which is based on Jiangxi Dexing Copper mine's real-time industrial control network , introduces how to build a high-efficient real-time industrial control network and the problems involved such as what kind of industrial control software to use , communication between Pl.C and industrial control software, industrial control network structure. industrial control graph building, network optimization and network security.The network is divided into industrial control network and enterprise MIS network which are connected by a computer with two network cards. For the industrial control network adopts fibre-optic cables as backbone, it has characteristics as reliable, stable and anti-jamming of electromagnetism. And the MIS network is made up of 10M/100M LAN, it is apt to be managed, safeguarded and expanded. The system not only implements SCADA node and two level data collection & management for MIS, but also implements two data distributing channels. One channel is graph display system based on [Webserver, and the other is information system based on iFix database ODBC and ASP technology. The former is visual and convenient. The latter has abundant data and functions, and is prone to develop into decision-making system. By providing alt kinds of real-time and history data of all workshop section in the factory, the whole system can not only meet with the need of the workshop but also the need of the advanced management and supervision.In this real-time industrial control network, we adopt some new technologies, eg,: communicating between S7-200 and iFix with MODBUS protocol, a kind of bit-getting arithmetic to break 1O points 's limitation, iFix industrial data distributing system based on ASP, getting all machines' running time by VBA schedule, web authorization based on IE plug-ins and three layered security module in iFix control network..This paper also discusses the industrial control network security deeply and expatiates security problems-in practice and the solving ways.This system has its new attributes in data collection, data controlling and data distributing. It is secure, reliable, scaleable and convenient. And it is directive for the similar industrial control network.
