Schedule control is one of the key technologies in the schedule management. Based on the characteristics of Aviation products, this paper mainly focus on the research of schedule control technology in the process of project running. This paper has discussed the driving mechanism of project task based on the workflow technology, summarized the recognition and analysis methods of schedule deviation applied to the aviation products, researched on optimization adjustment strategy of the schedule and duration-forecast technology of the project, and realized the development of prototype system.The main contents of the paper are summarized as follows:1. The driving mechanism of the project task based on the workflow technology. This paper has discussed the management technology based on workflow and presented the construction methods of lower workflow engine for the project management.2. The recognition and analysis methods of schedule deviation. This paper has analyzed the recognition and analysis methods of the schedule deviation. Simultaneously, it has also suggested that the Network chart with double time-axes should be applied in the course of the recognition and analysis for schedule deviation.3. The optimization adjustment strategy of project schedule. The adjustment methods based on dynamic programming, such as the definition of the structure the establishing of dynamic programming model and the solving of dynamic programming model, are deeply studied.4. The forecast technology of project duration. In addition to introducing the grey theory into duration forecast, the modeling based on the grey theory is researched, and forecast-algorithm is also supplied through an example.5. System development. Based on the research mentioned above, the paper has designed and developed the schedule control system with Visual C++.NET ASP.NET and Java Applet.6. System application. The achievement in the research has been put into use on the 02 sect of a certain airplane-body. It has been preliminarily proved that it will produce great benefit.
