Based Network Of The Open Architecture Of The Distributed Test Systems

This paper introduces and analyzes a few applied Distributed Test Systems based on a National Defense pre-researching program on designing an Automatic Test Equipment of one plane , and bring up having the necessity establishing an open structure of the Distributed Test System based on the network connection.In the domain of establishing an open structure of the Distributed Test System, it already had the achievement. An AI-ESTATE establish a standard of information exchange in the domain of the Test and the Diagnosis. This paper bring up to establish regarding AI-ESTSTE as the core of the open structure of the Distributed Test System, and studies the way to realize the structure.This paper has a new view on realizing the open structure with the Web Service. The Web Service is a new and creative technique in nowadays Distributed Calculation domain. This paper studied the approach to realize the Distributed Test System using the Web Service, accomplished the prototype of the open structure. Confirmed that the system has Openness, Scalability, Platform-Neutrality and Interchangeability on instruments.
