Customer Relationship Management, helpful for an enterprise, firstly, optimizes the operation flows of the customer's orientation, such as the flows of market, sales, service & support, and so on, and strengthens the cooperation among departments in the enterprise. Secondly, it quickens the response of the service & support to the customer, and enhances the satisfaction and loyalty of the customer. Finally, it can analyze the information of customer and marketing intelligently, so as to find the potential customer, exploit new market, strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise, and to raise the profits after all.The paper expatiates on the elementary theory of CRM, introducing the origin of the subject in the first chapter. In the next four chapters, it analyzes the function of the CRM, gives the configuration of CRM, designs the function module and the data models, and studies the key technology to develop the system of CRM. In the last chapter, it implements the system of CRM using the technology of distributed architecture and component.
