With the severity of the market competition and the continuous boom of new technology, corporations have a more and more stronger feeling that the customer is one of the most important resources to win. How to meet customer's request in the largest degree is very important to corporation. So, the CRM comes.As you known, there are much differences in CRM systems for different operation in the different businesses. With China entrancing to WTO, the competition in different textile manufacturing corporations in China has become very fierce. Improving the level of information management and taking effective management of client relationship has become an important magic weapon when these corporations are to improve their core competition. The research of this paper is based on this point.The information technology in CRM system has developed more and more advanced since last decade. Mainly the technology of platform development has transfered from C/S architecture to B/S architecture, especially adopted J2EE architecture based on distributed compute. Through distributed compute technology, CRM system breaks through the localization as it is adopted a C/S architecture and becomes more and more open, transplantable, loose-coupling, integrative. According to this, the paper include below contents:In the first chapter, the emphasis - CRM in textile manufacturing business of this paper and the advanced platform development technology in CRM system-distributed compute technology is introduced. And the essentiality of them is discussed. At last, the significance of the research, the major research content and outline of this paper are dissertated briefly.The second chapter works over the customer relationship management for textile manufacturing in detail. Firstly, the CRM system in the whole is described. Secondly, characters of textile CRM and core modules in CRM are introduced in detail. Thirdly , the key problem for textile corporation to implement CRM system and the step of realization are discussed. Finally, the general model and composing of the CRM software system are given.The third chapter studies the application of distributed compute technologies to CRM system. Firstly, information technologies in traditional CRM system are researched, point out the deficiency of that technologies.Then, development experience of distributed compute technologies are introduced, including the definition of distributed compute technology, typical distributed compute softwares and J2EE architecture based on distributed compute technology. At last, direction of CRM development technologies are analyzed.According to former three chapters of treatises and the requirement of National "863" Program named Internet-based Flexible Production System for Printing and Dyeing (IBFPSPD) ,the fourth chapter introduces IBFPSPD's background, function, architecture and executive methods. At thesame time, this chapter also describes soft decoration network-shopping system and monopolistic store management system based on distributed compute technology, through which customer can buy textile products personally and make orders based on network, so it drives business workflow in the entire CRM System.According to former several chapters of treatises and the requirement of Key Research Program of Zhejiang Manufacturing Information Project named Agile Customer Relationship Management based on Web System Researched and Applied in Textile Manufacturing, The fifth chapter introduces CRM system of Zhejiang Yongtong Group, and also describes a trade bill management system in the CRM, which is developed by the author.In the sixth chapter, the total research works of this dissertation are summarized, and further researches are prospected.
