As a result of personal computer excellent performance and abundant software resource, they have become computer applied leading sorts. In industrial applying, we often barge up against the condition that many tasks need synchronous executive. And according to beforhand setting statements, MCU can obtain field datas and accomplish stated control faction, so MCU have been proverbially applied to industrial systems. Distributing-mode controling is a kind of controling method which is often used to industrial system, and in order to accomplishing the controling menthod ,we often adopt principal and subordinate model computer network.A computer controls a mechanical model in the controling system which is developed by Germany Fischertecnic Inc. By the method ,we know that the resource of computer is greatly wasted. Against the existing state, based on original controling system, we develop a new controling system which based on the comunicating between a computer and many MCU. So a computer can control many MCU and several mechanical model.The thesis introduce the serial communicating theory between a computer and many MCU and the hardware and software strucutre of controling system in detail-Then the system primarily consists of a computer, many MCU and EDM4002A(LCD) which are very popular on present market, and actualize the comunicating between a coputer and MCU or LCD and MCU by Assemble language and C51 language. So the system has several features, for example, smaller volume, credibility anf less price.At one time, by applying ALTERA company' MAX+PLUSII software flat, KLEX10K series chips and FPGA technology, all components in the controling system obtain logic sinulation and are described by VHDL language.So the syetem is of practicability.
