With the national economy development and living improvement, the measure and control technology are applying more widely, and to develop the measure and control system demanded rapidly has been an important aim of a lot of developer staff. The thesis takes the representative measure and control system (to measure strength and displacement) as objects, and researches the present controller of test machine based modern control theory, microcomputer technology and microelectronics technology represented by Field Programmable Gate-Array (FPGA). FPGA is a programmable ASIC hardware adopted recently, and can realize special integrate circuit and has become the key parts. The article researches the FGPA application in the systemcontroller, and develops a new controller based FPGA technology.Chapter 1 discusses the development history of measure technology firstly and puts forward the subject and the contents of the thesis.Chapter 2 introduces the method of designing hardware circuits of system controller, that is, a method of designing circuits using HDL (Hardware Description Language). The main characteristic of this method to design circuits in the form of top to down, which can improve the designing efficiency to a great extent, and which can decrease the cost of designing. Based on this, the realization of system circuits has been discussed in the thesis.Chapter 3 discusses the basic steps for FPGA design firstly, introduces the basicprinciple of rotary encoders, A/D7705 structure characteristic and serial communication, explains how to describe, simulate and download by VHDL, and implement thecommon and typical design for measure and control system.Chapter 4 the basic principle of stepping motor, and brings forward how to control by connecting serial communication finished formerly and host PC.Chapter 5 discusses the further development of software Foundation 4.1, raises data processing and linear methods making the surveying system more precise, and puts forward the self-seeking-optimization algorithm of reasoning parameter PID and tests according to cement test machine in order to prove the availability and veracity.Chapter 6 introduces some chips and strength sensors in surveying circuit, and then discusses the anti-jamming method of the whole circuit to insure the hardware system stability.Chapter 7 provides a brief summary of the thesis and further research direction.
