Design And Realization Of Informatization Management System Of Basic Medical Institutions

With patients as the center and the medical business process as the main line, we design the system.In this paper, starting from the trend of the development of grassroots medical institutions, the paper introduces the research and application status in the development of information management system at home and abroad,and it analysis the characteristics of the grassroots medical institutions of information management system and the significance of the application of the system.From the demand of medical institutions on the system, the composition of a medical institution management information and the analysis of information classification,we put forward the principle of designing general modular system. This development language in the system is c # language,and the development tools is Visual Studio2003 integrated development platform, and with the aid of development environment of.net Framework and powerful interactive features of C/S architecture, we design system interface; Using SQL Server 2000 database, we design the database following the basic principles of database design.By analyzing and researching the business of the systems, we have realized the outpatient registration module, service module, the outpatient service charge module and administrator module,it meets the basic needs of information management in the grassroots medical institutions. Tested the basic operation of the interface of thesystem software and the logic functions by the application of black box testing and white box testing technique, constantly tested and modified, a grassroots medical institutions information management experiment system has been basically achieved the requirements.
