Long-range medical treatment (LRMT) is to exchange patients'clinical data and medical expert's opinion that were separated, which based on information and telecommunication technology. It consists of Telemedicine, Telehealth, Teleducation, Teleconsultation, and so on.Teleconsultation builds up brand-new connection between medical experts and patients, which makes patients can accept long-range experts'consultation to get treatment and care in local hospital. Thus, large amount of time and money can be saved.In this paper, a modern LRMT is designed which consists of Data Management of Equipments (historical and current data, etc), Medical Image Transmission and On-line Palette. At first, we describe the general plan and target of long-range medical treatment profile of HIFU. Afterward, we analyse the Run Principle, Treatment Theory, Operating Procedure and Data Characteristic of the Model-JC Focused Ultrasound Therapeutic System(MFUTS) and its supporting products. From the research, we found using Computer Visualized Ultrasound Technology to kill tumor focus dose not only need exact Image Processing, strict compute on dosage, treatment position, enery release and high efficient image processing arithmetic, but also need flexible and simple Develop Module and rational Operation Resource Layout. Although the apply of PACS system become more and more popular, the support for especial Medical Image Format on show and transmission lacks modularized control and compress parameter standard. It needs developers have to devote much to carry out the job. So we can say, lacking for module of browse, compress and modification of medical image make a bottleneck which restricts function development of HIS, PACS and current project(TMS Telemedicine, HIFU doctors communion platform,HIFU consultation platform). Aiming at the bottleneck, We use"Window Display"technology to achieve the pixel depth processing in DICOM to DIB, and to make the PC display medical images. We use VC++6.0 developed universal module based on DICOM image browse and format transfer. And through clinical collection regarding doctors'observe by naked eyes in tumor treatment for 9 image types(MRI,CT,US,ECT,X,DSA, biochemistry photograph) we build a"9 kinds of image data compress consults table", use System.Runtime.InteropServices interface from .NET Framework to connect output Hbitmap from our universal module, then compress the image stream by GDI+. Finally, we get the DICOM image browse universal modul and also archive a new mode which is a mixed pattern of VC++6.0 and .NET, Applying to long-range consultation system.As equipment operation record and supervisory control , is also LRMT and diagnose another key factor. For the communication of cure effect and the experience, we must emphasize the operation standardization in therapy, and provide the strictly checking means and the operation state and operation log of detailed recording equipment. The data of large-scaled medical equipments are required to be administered effectively, and to have the value of communication. However, because of medical products'particularity and pertinency, it is difficult to let all equipments have identical communication function. Because of a large amount of data in running, each equipment should be made single-realized function for the stability and security. And because of medical privacy and the construction of HIS system, some large-scale equipments are not on-line.Aiming at these problems, based on MFUTS developed by Chonqing HAIFU(HIFU) Technology Co.,Ltd., the paper presents a equip-data discrete management and multi-process equip-data input system along with its design profile and experimental data. And a time-efficiency model is finally set up for multi-process processing.At last, the paper introduces a long-range consultation system that is similar to NetMeeting but largely accords with LRMT of characteristics of medical science consultation. This system includes voice frequency dialogue, video frequency intercourse, Data Management of Equipments(history operation replay , current history monitor and etc) video and image transmission and palette. This system diminished network data rate of flow, and convenient doctor room exchange.The clinical experimental result indicated that in HIFU tele-communion platform, the veracity, integrality and high efficiency of data from equipment import into database and the net environment are indiscerptible. If there is no proper net environment even no net environment, Data Management System of Medical Equipments in HIFU can let doctor choose the data document which needs memorizing or needs publicizing for long-range diagnose, let them take the data into another net environment ,and upload them in web. It can guarantee data security and accuracy. If we own these data ,it will be no longer difficult that the patient's operation process , 3-D the visceral organ cures a punctuation following time can be reproduced , exchange or long-range diagnose. Moreover, medical image module and palette function applyed to long-range consultation system, has also got a good effect.
