Office Management Information System And The Daily Office, Conference Management, Query Module Development

Analyses the question of Office Automation(OA) in our university presently and put forwardsetting up Campus Sythetical Office Management Information System in this paper. In thissystem,the mode integrating Client/Server and Browser/Server are mainly used,and guided by thismode, Campus Sythetical Office Management Information System based on Internet/Intranettechnology is developed. At this time,the methods of information system requirement analysisand the rule of building database are deeply studied. In the course of development of thissystem,we used objected_oriented and component based skill to realize the professionalmodels,and we also make use of the characteristics of the developing tool to bring about theUniversity Departments Information Publishing. In brief,this system will greatly improve the levelof OA in our university and transform the system of office and management fundamentally.
