Design And Realization Of Scientific Research Management System In Qilu Normal University

With the rapid development of information technology and the widespread application, the information management system has been greatly improved. Information management system has been widely used in the management of scientific research work. Scientific research management system is dependent on the university scientific research management platform. Therefore, a reasonable and perfect scientific research management system can create a more secure and standardized environment for University’s scientific research management. Creating an informationized and efficient scientific research management system is an important link of high-efficiency scientific research work.The management of scientific research work of Qilu Normal University is dependent on the old management system, so the modern information technology and information management technology can solve the problem of management of scientific research work in Qilu Normal University. Scientific research management system requires efficient, rapid, timely performance of the basic information management, which can conveniently carry out systematic, automated, real-time and comprehensive management of scientific research work of qilu Normal University.This design based on SOA architecture, using B/S structure, sufficient research on the data integration and synchronization technology, and PHP language, which results in the completement of the scientific management system. The concrete research contents are summarized as follows:1, research for Qilu Normal University research management work, and find the management problems at work, according to the survey data, combined with the actual exchange of related personnel, it determine solution of the system. It designs the overall function of the system and the logic structure. Then the design consists of management system including the system of basic information management module, the scientific research project management module, module of user privilege management, scientific research management module and research resources data management module.2, based on a comprehensive understanding and analysis of the work flow of Qilu Normal University scientific research management, combined with the development platform and technology condition and the existing system, based on SOA framework, and uses B\S structure, we complete the scientific research management system, business analysis, overall design, and each module design.3, combined with the business process of each module in detail of the design, the overall structure and module structure of scientific research management system of Qilu Normal University are designed. According to different objects for the scientific research management system, user classification and rights assignment are considered.4, each function of the system and the module is tested, and the test results are given. Test method is mainly used in black box testing. And it points out the limitations and shortcomings of existing system.The thesis summarise the final research and development situation, and the future of application is prospected.
