Scientific research management system, which can build up an efficient, safe and normative platform for administration and service of research and teaching, is a man-machine system to promote management with information, standardization and scientization. Compared with the traditional science research style, it can meet the requirement of efficiency, real-time, accuracy and cooperation. Besides, its merits of accurately data processing, conveniently checking system and favorable data accumulation made it become an indispensable part of the digitalization of universities.The thesis was supported by the practical project from SCATC(Sichuan college of architectural technology), and B/S structure was adopted, which is based on SOA architecture, and R&D of the system was accomplished with the database integration and data synchronization technique and hypertext preprocessor, the detail about the research results as follow:1. The key fundamental theory and principle about the architecture of the administration information system base on SOA technique were summarized and researched, which affirmatively referred to the development and component of the administration information system.2. Through the comprehensive investigation of the service for the science research, demand analysis and database design were accomplished. Some important indices were analyzed and demonstrated, which are about the technicality and security and applicability of the system.3. The overall system and module architecture were designed, the system implementation scheme was presented and the key factor about the economy, the technique and management was feasible analyzed and demonstrated.4. The key technique of the Data Integration and synchronization were deeply investigated, and the setup of our academy system was analyzed and researched, considering the practical conditions of our academy.5. According to the demand of the system application, the component was summarized and explained, which is about the environment setup of the network and the development and the whole operation flow. Especially the design of some core modules of the system was emphasized on.6. Test plan (including the test purpose and range and environment) was designed, and the function and the index of the system were tested. The original test data and result were presented and analyzed. Finally the validity of system design was confirmed.The anticipation result was achieved, and the out-dated management of our academy was solved. Ultimately we reached the target.
