Collaborative simulation plays an increasingly important role in the design and development of complex products.With the improvement of simulation process complexity and the increase of simulation computing resources,the coupling calculation and configuration of computing resources in collaborative simulation process become the key problem that restricts the efficiency and quality of collaborative simulation.Scientific workflow technology is an important support to solve this critical problem,it can simplify the process of collaborative simulation of large-scale scientific data required for the collection,processing,calculation,analysis and other complex processes to achieve the product design process customization,deployment and implementation,and effectively improve the efficiency of scientific computing problems.Firstly,a workflow model building method based on Petri nets for product collaborative simulation coupling computation was proposed.This method utilizes Petri net modeling technology to analyze and graph expressive ability,and use Petri net as an effective tool to model the collaborative simulation process of product simulation,then effectively establish the workflow model of collaborative simulation coupling process.Secondly,the integration and configuration method of computing resources in workflow model was proposed.This method was based on the open source scientific workflow management platform VisTrails,which provides effective support for the implementation,operation and management of the collaborative simulation coupling process on the workflow platform VisTrails.At the same time,in order to enhance the flexibility of the design workflow integration platform,SO A(Service-Oriented Architecture,service-oriented architecture)and VisTrails platform integration method,the SOA loose coupling features integrated into the workflow management system In the realization of the scientific workflow management platform in the distributed environment,the flexible management of the design resources and configuration,significantly accelerating the product design process simulation coupling process.Thirdly,a multi-dimensional simulation coupling management system based on VisTrails was designed.On the basis of the above methods,the workflow management and integration and management of the simulation coupling process were realized.Finally,the integration method and the management system were verified by examples.Through a coupling of aircraft engine design task instance,feasibility and effect of management system on SOA and workflow integration method,a workflow model based on Petri net was put forward and verified multidimensional coupling simulation calculation shows that multi-dimensional coupling simulation method proposed in this thesis and the development of the management system can be calculated effective integration and effectively support the simulation of coupling calculation process computing resources for collaborative simulation coupled products.
