How to improve the efficiency of workflow modeling and executing has become a key issue in the field of scientific workflow application and research. Due to the special nature of the field of scientific computing, there is a large class of computing problems that related experiment can not be carried out before the entire course of the experiment being complete understood, so there are needs in accordance with the "implementation of the side while modeling" to complete the process of problem solving. Therefore, the traditional approaches that firstly establish a working model, according to the model by the workflow engine to implement the methods have been unable to meet the needs of such problems. Exploration technology in the workflow system allows users to model the process of real-time access to the processes running in the middle of the outcome, and in accordance with the needs of the dynamic process of change in the design, so as to shorten the time to solve the problem, and better computing the results. Based on the use of grid computing environment, scientific research can use the full range of computing resources to complete a series of operations, such as database queries, data mining, program execution on high-performance computer, and data transfer, each have their own computing resources characteristics, the researchers will need specific scientific computing problem is divided into different modules to choose different ways to calculate the appropriate resources to complete a task, however, due to the application of diversity, uniqueness, complexity, and other characteristics, if all applications are integrated into the scientific workflow system only using single web services will lead to lower efficiency, it is necessary to provide a good framework for application integration in order to meet the demand for application integration.In this paper, the study are as follows: application integration technology, under the needs of new types of applications integration, it provides more convenient interface definition based on to help users complete the integration of applications and makes the system much more expansionary; exploration technology, so that users have more flexible customization process during workflow modeling, and provides an interactive workflow process modeling method; as well as major problems in the scientific workflow such as data transfer, format conversion, we mainly try to solve the issues that data format conversion due to the differences between applications and data transmission because of network environment.
