In recent years, with the development of the insurance industry, the insurance market has become increasingly fierce competition, the performance evaluation of the importance of the insurance company salespeople increasingly prominent. Effective and fast statistical performance pay is very important for the company, while the overall quality of the sales staff is increasingly high requirements.In this paper, combined with my PICC Licheng branch in the company’s actual work, the sales staff,by the performance evaluation system research and analysis, the performance appraisal system, standardize performance management of sales staff salaries, instead of the traditional manual calculation of statistical performance pay, increase sales staff performance statistics, salary calculation accuracy. The paper elaborates on the company’s management in the demand for performance evaluation system analysis, the four functional requirements:System information management needs, the needs of performance management, compensation management needs, a comprehensive evaluation of the needs assessment. Moreover, during the business analysis of the system, the paper system problems, the company’s organizational structure, performance evaluation of existing business processes are analyzed in this paper, then the remold business process was produced; in the analysis of function, the paper Through the use case diagram clear function of the system, given the overall function and sub-function package diagram view of the system, including system information management, performance management, performance recognition, compensation management, comprehensive assessment and evaluation of the five sub-package diagram:in the analysis of data, All the the necessary data needed for each functional performance evaluation system are analyzed in this paper, meanwhile; the entity class diagram was produced, and the corresponding database table structure was built up. Research and analysis of the performance evaluation system, The performance evaluation system which can not only stimulate the line vitality, but also fully promote the implementation of grassroots business development capacity building projects, and further improve the integration of existing sales support and management tools, provide support for performance evaluation on sales staff and scientific salary distribute.
