Performance appraisal system is a kind of typical management information system, and it must manage and operate performance data. However, the diversity of performance appraisal methods limits the application range of software systems based on specific appraisal methods. This thesis studies and implements a common performance appraisal system, which is based on metadata-driven data management technology and realizes the data definition, management and operations during the software running.In order to study the related theory and technology, and design and implement the corresponding software system, this thesis has completed the following work:1. Related technology researchSome key technologies used in the design and development of the system, including software architecture, software development process and POP and OOP, are studied. Research on these key technologies, the purpose is to master software development technology, construct a reasonable software structure, reduce the difficulty of software development, and improve the efficiency and quality of the software.2. Metadata driven data management software implementation method researchThe metadata based data management technology is studies. Its key parts include metadata and metadata, the problems in the implementation process of management software, and metadata driven data management software, and so on. In metadata and metadata, the concept of metadata and metadata is described, and its application is also described. Through the research on the implementation process of management software, the problem of the system is analyzed, and the design method of data management software is put forward.3. Then, the architecture and function of the system are presented, which mainly describes the implementation of the C/S architecture and the hierarchical architecture. In the function implementation, business process and key algorithms of the system are described Finally, some functional interfaces of the system are presented.
