Application And Analysis System Of Intelligence Algorithms Applied To Appraisal Of Residence Performance

With the developement of residence system reformation, analysis and appraisal on commodity residence performances becomes more and more importmant , at the same time, analysis methods are updating too.The advance of Fuzzy Sets Theory(FTS and Artificial Neural Networks(ANN) of Intelligent algorithms to various fields, provide new approach and probability to resolve analysis and appraisal on the problems of civil engineering The successful trials on commeodity residence synthetical performances analysis and appraisal have been obtained and a set of effective model have been established through combining FST and ANN with traditional analysis and appraisal methods.This researchs open new ways to analysis and appraisal on commodity residence performances and provide a valid applicaton method.The main research contents are listed in the following:l)This paper discusses the feasibility of ANN analysis and appraisal method on commodity residence thermal performance.On the basis of project pratices and correlative theorys,these factors have been analysed and sorted which may affect residence thermal performance..A set of effective forecasting model system have been established through combining practical projects data, The results show that this forecasting modle system are feasible and effective in analysis and appraisal on residence thermal performance.They can improve the precision of forecasting and have the advantages of easy to implement and to integrated and high pricision.2)Because of the influence of people's subjictive factors, the justness^ objectivity and scientificity will be suspected.Combining Fuzzy Synthetical Appraisal Technology of Fuzzy Sets Theory and practical project experences, a set of three classcommodity residence synthetical performance appraisal model system and method have been established, this system has the advantages of easy to underatand the principle, to implement and to extension and so on.Finally, a summary is given and some problem to be further studied are discussed.
