As the degree of financial market opening domestic raise, the competition between commercial banks in China is more and more fierce. The customer is the bank’s life, only to do customer management, can make the commercial bank full of vitality. The current domestic banks have formed a diversified banking system in large state-owned listed banks as the core, the banks need to draw on the domestic and foreign advanced management ideas and technology, to maintain the bank customers. The use of customer relationship management system for customer resources of adequate management, analysis, and used to improve customer satisfaction, is an important means to enhance the income of banks, contribute to the concentration of customer resource management, improve customer loyalty, strengthen the vitality and the vigor of the bank.Firstly, the thesis briefly introduces the research of traffic bank customer relationship system research background and the significance of the project, briefly introduces the research content and I have done in the research in. Secondly, in the bank customer relationship system business in the process of analysis, the organization of the system, the original business process are analyzed, and the traffic bank customer relationship system of business reengineering, in functional analysis, the paper through the data flow analysis, data dictionary making, clear the overall structure and function traffic bank customer relationship system, including daily customer management, customer information management, payroll management units, customer relationship management, customer sales plan management and statements management module, on the basis of the traffic bank customer relationship system E-R, established the database table structure. Finally, the work of this paper to previous are summarized, and analyzed how to further improve the traffic bank customer relationship system.This topic hope that through the research and analysis of the traffic bank customer relationship management system, to achieve prompt traffic bank customer satisfaction, the presenting bank income, strengthen customer loyalty to the Bank of communications, an objective to promote the healthy development of banking.
