In recent years,with China’s comprehensive national strength has been continuously enhanced,as China’s economic rapid development,the overall pattern of traditional banking every hour and moment have significant change,development form the kind of large state-owned commercial banks monopoly is accompanied by economic development gradually changed,for large state-owned commercial banks,interbank the competition becomes increasingly fierce.for all commercial banks,customer resource has become an important indicator and the quality of high-end customers has become an important target,so the large domestic commercial banks began to abandon the start of products as center,turn to the core idea of the customers,identify needs,commercial banks should take this core as the foundation,we must accelerate the construction of customer relationship management system,through the application of CRM system on large amount of data and system of customer user information integration is analyzed to find out the correlation between various data and customer information,and to design and measure the indicators,just like customer demand,profitability index,credit,risk degree,satisfaction,loyalty and so on,to provide quality services for customers,accurate and timely information for the bank managers,for improving competitiveness and profitability.From the overall situation of China’s commercial bank customer management system with detailed analysis of the actual situation of the commercial bank customer relationship management system at present,and the design and implementation of the bank customer relationship management system.Firstly,the significance of customer management for commercial banks is briefly introduced,and the foreign commercial bank customer management system were explained and analyzed;after correlation method,design of bank customer management system research tool theory carried out a series of reports,analysis of bank customer relationship management system demand,introduction the design of bank customer relationship management system,and carries on the test to the system design,establishing a more complete bank customer management system,has played a positive role for commercial banks to improve competitiveness and profitability.
