Research And Analysis Of Personnel Management System In Anshun College

For a long time, personnel management in Anshun College still stays in the stage of manual operation, with very low efficiency and many mistakes. After years of development, the old operation way cannot meet the need of the larger teachers and students team. So, the personnel management system of Anshun College was established. In this paper, the significance and background of Anshun College personnel management system was reviewed, the shortcoming of the old operation way was analyzed and reengineered, branch process was designed. In addition, the system role was also analyzed with very detailed use case analysis and description to clear the system function. Meanwhile, the dataflow and feature of this system is presented using package diagram and class diagram. The relevance of entitles and table columns was designed in this study.This system enables number of functional departs to collect the attendance and e xtra work information of teachers. Based on this information, combined with professi onal qualifications of the teacher, basic wage and performance pay was calculated. Th en the number of net salary was obtained. This system can collect the information of t eacher’ personal business, and facilitates Human Resource Department to manage the basic data uniformly, In addition, teacher welfare can be managed with this system aut omatically. The welfare information was auto-generated based on analysis of the basic wage and seniority information.Meanwhile, using this system, information of teachers is shared with other functional department, and enabled the administrative staffs to manage teacher information conveniently.This paper also summarized and prospect of our study at last.
