Zhanjiang Normal College Llogistics Personnel Management System Design And Implementation

Logistic personnel management is a substantial section of academic logistic management.The standard of logistic personnel management directly reflects that of the entire logisticmanagement, which influences the survival and development of academic logisticmanagement in social competition. Nowadays, there isn’t a whole set of personnelmanagement system for the logistic departments in most colleges and universities, whichdelays the modernization of logistic management and affects the whole standard of logisticmanagement. With the development of logistic reform and modern technology, establishingeffective logistic personnel management system to finish routine business plays an importantrole in logistic management reform and helps to promote the rationalization of logisticmanagement.Aiming at the design and realization of logistic personnel management system inZhanjiang Normal University, the thesis tries to summarize the current situation andshortcomings of logistic personnel management, research and analyze the major functions,efficiency, the business process and customer needs via structuring analysis, after researchingthe development of related technology domestically and abroad. Based on needs analysis, thethesis designs the total system and develops the overall structure of the system. The thesisproposes the concept model of data and physics data model by way of structuring design. Withthe idea of MVC, the function models are achieved and the design and testing of the systemare finished.Based on Lamp platform and developed in Zend Studio, the system uses PHP script andMySQL data base. The communication between customer and server uses B/S structure. Thewhole system can be divided into four modules: logistic personnel management, portalmanagement, staff community management and system maintenance management. The systemcan overcome the shortcomings of artificial management; improve the standard and efficiencyof logistic management, therefore, realize the informationization, systematization andstandardization of personnel information management.
