Research And Analysis Of School Management System Of Anshun College

The realization of the university management informationization is the only way for our country’s universities and colleges to conform to the world. Student status management system is an important content of university information construction. Through the use of student status management system, to achieve student registration, change and other process management, not only can improve the efficiency of school management, but also regulate all aspects of student management, which is conducive to the development of the school.In this thesis, the research background, the research and application status of similar systems are investigated, and the main contents and main work of the thesis are listed. In the business analysis, first the thesis defines the system business issues, analyzes the functions of system the relevant business departments and personnel, and the school registration, roll transaction, rewards and punishment information management, graduation graduation management business process analysis and optimization. In functional analysis, the thesis first complete analysis of the role of the users of the system, and then gives the system overall case and each module case analysis, finally gives the overall function of the system package diagram and the function of each module package diagram, which each function module package diagram covers registered student status, roll transaction, rewards and punishment information management, graduation certificate management module. In data analysis, the thesis first gives student fees management system control class diagram, and the analysis of the data needs of each functional module are completed by the abbreviations class diagram of each functional module, and then analyzes the system’s entities, and analysis of the relationship between entities, gives system entity relationship diagram and the list of the database table structure.At last, the research and analysis are summarized. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
