Along with the advance of computer network technology, combined with computer technology to realize the modernization of the personnel management of colleges and universities has become the current development trend, at present, each big the scale of higher education is gradually expanding, writing teachers also increased year by year, it has brought the personnel management of the school a lot of inconvenience. Therefore, in order to realize the modern management of teachers, set up modern office informatization of personnel management system has become the school urgently needs to solve the problem.Shenyang normal university software institute as a region of higher learning for training software talents in Liaoning province has long been attaches great importance to the personnel management of school work. Based on the software college personnel to strengthen the need of personnel information management, combining with the current university personnel management information system development present situation and the actual situation of the college personnel, through all aspects of college personnel research and demand analysis, and aimed at all kinds of problems, put forward the feasible solution, ultimately successful design and implementation of the Shenyang normal university software institute of personnel management system.In system design and development of this article, after analysis and comparison to select a layered architecture based on B/S structure, choose J2 EE development platform, using J2 EE powerful functional components and interface definitions for various functions of the system, and database and the use of safe and efficient SQL Server 2005, and the interface with the ASP development. Overall system performance is good, the operation is simple and practical, which include the main functions such as the system user management, organization management, staff management, dynamic management and talent management can meet the daily personnel management work, users can in a relatively short time mastering system functions. In addition, the system function modules are independent of each other, facilitate late for secondary development, operation and maintenance costs are relatively low, can save a lot of money for college.The main job of the full text includes three aspects: 1. Learning to understand existing personnel management software system development experience at home and abroad, analysis, design features and advantages and disadvantages through summarizing and comparison, formulate conforms to the actual situation of the development plan;2. Involved in the implementation framework of the technology, including the B/S structure, database structure, data transmission interface to study such as application, in accordance with the requirements for system design and realization of system of each function module;3. To ensure system to improve the efficiency of college personnel management work, in this paper, by using the method of black box testing using Load Runner as test tools, from two aspects of function and performance of the system were tested, test results completely meet the expected targets set.
