In recent years, with the depth of the space exploration mission, the task of spaceborne towards the development of diversification and complication. This leads to a substantial increase in the spaceborne equipment, the amount of data communication between them is creasing explosively. So, higher requirements were demanded by space line high-speed, high reliability, and flexibility.SpaceWire line is a high-speed, serial, point-to-point, full duplex data communication standard proposed by the European Space Agency (ESA) in2003. It is space-oriented applications made based on the IEEE1355-1995and LVDS standard (the ANSI/TIA/EIA-644). Presently there has been many schools, the agency launched a SpaceWire line, many countries also have the SpaceWire line successfully applied to several space missions.Currently, domestic has remained mostly in the development and application of SpaceWire design of the associated IP and upper layer protocols, SpaceWire satellite integrated electronic system design and badic application is blank, no systematic study on how to use the SpaceWire satellite electronic systems, the use of performance. The project the SpaceWire smart chip evolution of the development system is set up to address these two issues. Research and optimization of this article SpaceWire router is part of this project on the basis of the SpaceWire IP around the SpaceWire router’s high-speed, high reliability, high time synchronization precision study.According to project requirements, this text design the node controller of SpaceWire and the V8-Router two hardware board, the two board in FPGA realise SpaceWire nodes, routers and other related functions; then analysis in the evolutionary development system through SpaceWire smart chip test to further opthmize and get test results.This text carried out the research and innovation to SpaceWire router in the following areas:1Proposed a new time synchronization mechanism. This mechanism can greatly improve the time synchronization accuracy of the SpaceWire network to33Mbps of network speed, to ensure the time between each node, the router SpaceWire error less than4us, which is far below the ECSS-E-50-12C agreement mentioned in lOus. And this mechanism to achieve in each node in the simulation platform, router, after a number of long test can guarantee less than4us the error.2Design of a four-phase shift sampling method and used in the SpaceWire router to enhance the communication bandwidth of the router.3In the SpaceWire router has a rich user port. Through this port, the router can perform the routing table for routing table information, the control port of the router external link connection status and other command by user.4Monitoring the SpaceWire router of SpaceWire network communication performance is the biggest innovation of the text.
