Growing diversity of space mission causes rapid growth in the requirements of informationand data management capabilities of satellite system, more sophisticated communication tasksbetween satellites and satellites, spacecraft internal devices and devices, devices inside themodules and modules, continues improvement of communication of data and communicationrate, which becomes pressing problems in space missions that include communicationreliability between spacecraft internal devices and devices inside the modules, device scalabilityas well as the contradiction between data security and traffic rate. Now bus protocol interfaceswidely used on aircraft is different, which becomes difficult for interconnecting together.Because there are no uniform standards, it is difficult for development, maintenance andimprovement between communication facilities. Therefore, with difficult development, highcost and difficult maintains, system reliability is difficult to be guaranteed, which no longermeet the requirements of high reliability, high security and low cost of the satellite electronicsystems In view of the present situation, ESA has specially designed the Space Wire serial mainline agreement for astronautics application its layered open architecture unified commoninterfaces for data access, simplify and standardize interconnection between different devicesand provide an optimum solution for upper-layer protocols. In order to confirms the feasibilityand reliability of Space Wire by using Space Wire in the domestic space electronic system. It isneeded to establish a set of half physical simulation the intelligent chip evolution system (theSpaceWire main line simulation tests the platform) and realizes the SpaceWire route networkunder this platform, various nodes interconnection and corresponds mutually. This paper researches RMAP (Remote Memory Access Protocol) that meet the SIOS(Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services) based on SpaceWire protocols. The researches arearound SpaceWire network data transmission, router configuration and network access node.Design the SpaceWire/RMAP function library that can be compatible with SIOS. Develop thenetwork management procedure based on VxWorks Operating system and drivers of spaceWireintelligence board which makes function library compatible under VxWorks and the Linuxoperating systems. Design two remote terminal unit(RTU) that use the RMAP protocol toaccess attitude control and temperature control in orbit, which can verify the compatibility ofSpaceWire/RMAP library interface as well as normative and correctness of RMAP protocol. At last, this paper develops the SpaceWire intelligent node drivers based on VxWorks andLinux under the simulation test platform of SpaceWire, which can implement the networks ofnode through the routing interconnect, carry on the network data transmission using thedesigned SpaceWire/RMAP function library, manage router configuration, control and accessremote node by network. The control and access of RTU can verify the compatibility ofSpaceWire/RMAP library with SIOS interface and the correctness of the protocol fieldexplanation in th implementation process. Meanwhile different operating systems used in theSpace Wire bus simulation testing platform also verify that the library has goodportability.SpaceWire/RMAP function library for SpaceWire bus implemented by this paperprovides a unified data access interface that can be able to facilitate and support the upperSpaceWire application. But SpaceWire/RMAP library relies on software-only implementationthat have insufficient in the data access and processing efficiency. Realization skill, the methodof protocol also treats the thorough research and the understanding of the protocol and thedefinition of function need to be further verified.
