We have entered information age, and companies are also used to taking advantage of information management system to informative the company. However, traditional information systems have severe "sole island" effect, ERP systems behind it are not suitable for small teams inside the company. Those teams have complicated routines every day, the working efficiency has been decreased significantly due to the lack of appropriate IMS. SharePoint is a good platform for developing internal system designed for the integration of internal information of the companies. Therefore, this article comes up with the idea of developing a routine management system used by teams inside the company.To realize the effective integration of information, this article intends to build the management system by using "Task" as the core concept. Based on that, we designed the overall structure of the system, dividing it into several components, covering the process from creation/schedule to execution/completion/evaluation of a task. Technically, the system is a traditional three-level architecture model, which consists of representation level, logic level and data level from top to bottom. The system is deployed to the server by using the deployment mechanism provided by SharePoint2010.Not only designing it, we also make efforts to implement the system we want. In the data layer, data is not only stored based on the List structure provided by SharePoint, but also can be imported from outer source with the help of BCS. In the logic layer, the article analyze some internal mechanism of SharePoint, including server object model and client object model as the basis for the architecture, permission control mechanism and data storage mechanism. Based on that, with the help of HTML5 and JQuery, we implemented every single component in the system. In the presentation layer, the system fully takes advantage of Master-Content model to design all front-end pages, using Webpart to make the page modeled. The system creates a permission control solution based on "Role", and control the permission of every user precisely by drawing line mechanism. The article also offers effective solutions for business and technical difficulties encountered during the development process. After implementing it, we put the system into use and collected feedbacks from the users, and then gives what still should be improved in the future in the final chapter.
