Prison Intelligent Design And Implementation Of The Regulatory System

Intelligent monitoring system in prisons is an efficient technical instrument for monitoring criminals and suspects, which meets the requirements of regulatory departments to use high technologies to enhance the management of monitoring system and promote the application level of high technologies in police work. Meanwhile, it services in detention centers and plays an effective role in monitoring and safeguarding security.Based on the research that has been done in the intelligent monitoring system of the detention center of Jiangshan public security bureau, this essay does research in effectively integrating twelve technical systems, including the communication and command system and the emergency alert system, and making them work as a whole with a high degree of sharing. At the same time, it meets the requirements of information construction and rules of technology system construction in monitored sites of public security bureaus and regulatory departments in accordance with the needs of the work in the monitored sites and the links of prevention. This essay discusses the possibility of making full use of various preventive methods to improve various information application platform and achieving the aims—integrating the police regulatory information system and various technical preventive systems, obtaining labor force, efficiency, standard and security via the use of technology—through installing and improving the twelve technical systems such as monitoring, access control and alarming as well as digitalizing, networking and information zing these technical systems; therefore, the problem of shortage of policemen can be solved.
