Design And Implementation Of The Putian Prison Intelligent Consumer Management System

With the application of the continuous development and the internal information system of computer information technology, the deepening of prison management,internal consumption is also quietly changing, using artificial management mode can no longer meet the requirements of the development of modern prison. How to launch a standardized, scientific, information consumption management system is the urgent problem of the current prison department.Prison intelligent consumer management system described in this paper is the combination of the computer network technology, database technology, digital imaging technology, mobile POS card technology and smart card storage technology, and strive to create a new consumer management mode for the prison, with a harmonious,humanized service for prison personnel consumption. The application of this system can not only facilitate the families of prisoners deposits, and can also realize the cash deposits, remittances and expense settlement and other means of management, so as to reduce the internal management of the prison staff workload, make money and goods management more standardized and transparent. Prisoners can be consumed in the prison within the various consumption through the smart card, fully embodies the humanized management, prison inmates transformation at the same time, also can understand the individual savings and consumption of their own. The purpose of this system is not only to protect the legitimate rights and interests of prisoners, and at the same time, to promote the construction of a clean and honest administration of prisons.Project development actual situation in putian prison as the background, purpose is to improve internal management level of the prison, to improve the transparency of consumption, make resource allocation more reasonable. After fully research demand of the whole business, according to the characteristics and the application of the system unit is the actual working situation, the system decides to use design pattern based on C/S framework, the system development process using when the flow of the most popular C#.net technology, background database using SQL Server 2005. System design is divided into client and server system two parts, the server side is mainly to build and deploy system running environment, to provide security for the system’s normal operation. System main function module includes personnel information management,card card management, equipment management, consumption management, statistics management, and system management, etc. Consumption management system installed in the prison information center server, to provide services for the prison each consumer terminal system.
