Design And Implementation Of Prison High Definition Video Monitoring System Based On Intelligent Analysis Technology

Being the punishment executive organ of the country, the prison undertakes the greattask of imprisoning, punishing, and transforming criminals. The safety and stability of theprison is directly related to the safety and stability of the society. Video monitoring system isthe core component of the safety technology and protection system in the whole prison. It isthe primary goal of monitoring system construction in our prison to establish completemonitoring safety protection system, establish and complete monitoring system with vastcoverage, resource sharing, and strong comprehensive application function, and set anintangible barrier for safety protection of the prison.For weaknesses in traditional analog video monitoring system including low imageresolution, small monitoring scope, and poor expansion application ability, relevanttechnologies including high definition monitoring and intelligent analysis are studied andanalyzed. Combining actual case of video monitoring system transformation project in certainprison, a high definition video monitoring system solution based on IP network is proposed.The paper conducts an analysis to the prison HD video monitoring system based on theintelligent analysis technology according to the prison`s needs. In the general design phase,based on the introduction of prison HD video monitoring system, it focus on the intelligentanalysis system structure and main module component. In the detail design and realizingphase, it has listed the functional needs of the front camera, transferring,storage and othersystem links, and it emphasizes on the intelligent analysis module background upgrading andforeground extraction, optical flow computation and energy calculation and other technicaldifficulties when giving the introduction,at the same time, based on the realization plan, it hashighlighted the analysis of the cordon detection test mode, fast move detection module andviolent event detection module.Thus to overcome the technology limitations, and it has solvedthe deployment problem of the intelligent analysis problem in the prison.Field test situation after the system installation is introduced in the paper, especially itlisted all kinds of application test result of the intelligent analysis system. Up to now, thesystem runs normally and achieves expected objective. In the end, a summarization is made on the system implementation. It is believed that thesystem has good social and economic benefit and promotion value, which can be adevelopment direction of future monitoring technology in the prison.
