Prison as the executive organ of the state shoulders the important responsibility of the maintenance of social tranquillity and stability, prevention and reduction the crime. The basic premise of the work of the prison is to ensure the safety and stability of the regulatory sites, the work of the prison situations investigation and disposal is the foundation and basic means to ensure supervision security. At present, the factors that affect the stability and stability of the prison are gradually increasing, the violence crime, the high IQ crime and the crime of many crimes are increasing year by year. To adapt to the situation of the supervision, timely, accurate and comprehensive collection of prison conditions, Guangdong Province Prison Management Bureau put forward the investigation and disposal of prison situations should be regular, institutionalized, standardized and scientific requirements, and the development of the Guangdong Province Prison situation investigation and disposal method, combination with the actual situation of the prison and the Dongguan prison situations investigation work guidelines, this paper put forward the construction of the Dongguan prison investigation system.This thesis introduces the research background, the project significance, the current research and application status of the investigation and disposal system of the prison situations in my prison and the national prisons,and identifies the main work and research contents. In the business analysis part, this paper analyzes the problems of the investigation, the organization of the prison, the original business process, and the optimization of the business process. In the function analysis part, the role of the system is analyzed in detail. In the data analysis part, the entity class relation graph is given and the database table structure is designed. At last,, the main work of this project,the highlights and shortcomings of the system are summarized,. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
