However, the prison warehouse, as the prison inmates daily living, is still facing a very serious and can not be optimistic about the form of supervision.Therefore, On the basis of the existing information supervision facilities, the prison How to optimize and upgrade the system equipment and Improve the prison police on duty of the business management level, reduce the prison supervision risk, ensure safety supervision, is an important problem that must be solved.Given the the jail prisoners of complex psychological and deceptive action have a great impact on the accuracy of the alarm monitoring system, This thesis is to highlight and strengthen the people’s factors(site management experience of the police on duty) as the key.Research, analysis and design a video monitoring system intelligent alarm management system. Firstly, by modeling the system using object-oriented analysis and design method.Secondly, a detailed analysis of the demand for monitoring alarm intelligent management module, alarm information management module, video monitoring system database interface module system function module and so on. Finally, analysis and design monitoring alarm intelligence management, monitoring alarm processing information management,monitoring alarm processing information management query, video monitoring system data interface and other core functions and so on and so forth.Design, this paper adopts the design architecture of SSH2 based on three times of the J2 EE framework, in accordance with the MVC pattern and B/S architecture, modularization and hierarchy based on the building and development. The design and implementation of core modules of the prison warehouse intelligent video surveillance system: intelligent alarm module. In the design of monitoring system data acquisition interface, alarm information to the record of database trigger technology, through the Java data synchronization of timingtask, take the Tomcat, according to the mapping between XML documents, automatically extract the alarm data monitoring system, to ensure accurate and timely monitoring and alarm information.Through this system, the police on duty will pay attention to and make full use of the alarm function of video monitoring system, and reset and optimize the monitoring system alarm function for enhancing the accuracy of the alarm. What is more important is that the police on duty were involved in the alarm event. The accuracy of the monitoring and alarm events can make the police on duty with master monitoring alarm event details;Processing of alarm events can help the police on duty to better grasp the prison warehouse situation monitoring details. Therefore to improve the prison police on duty of supervision risk consciousness and the working ability. The prison is to supervise and punish prisoners as the mean, is to reform through education and transform prisoners as the ultimate goal. The system is in a more scientific and effective supervision of prisoners, to contribute to the work of prison.
