With the gradually reforming of prison, the standardization, modernization ofprison is growing up. Video monitoring system is one of the most effective methodsof security system, which can improve the efficiency of the prison police. At presentmany prisons and jails are established the video monitoring system, but thesemonitoring technology only based on video monitoring work. There is no way torealize intelligent monitoring, intelligent inspection and recognition, on the ease ofuse, which can’t fully meet the needs of improving the efficiency of security.In this paper, starting from the actual demand of a prison in Guangzhou, analyze thedemand description, combining with the current mainstream of UML modeling, workflow technology, database technology, graphics, image processing technology, the keytechniques such as the design and realization of an intelligent monitoring andinspection system, the development of intelligent monitoring and inspectioninformation have the certain reference significance.Firstly, this paper researched a intelligent security system by UML modeling design.It identify and analyze the core requirements, focusing on the system use casediagram, class diagram, collaboration diagram, configuration diagram, from thesummary to the detailed analysis of the needs of the whole system and theconstruction plan. Secondly, this paper descripted work flow technology and graphicsprocessing technology, including Shark, JBPM, OSWorkFlow as well as the temporaldifference and background subtraction. Through the combination of graphics technology and software development technology, this paper designed andimplemented a intelligent monitoring system to achieve the purpose of securitymonitoring efficiency.
