This thesis analyses and proves the framework, development and design of the online data management for urban pollution sources, which begins at the function of the system, and emphasis that studying related background of the project is the demand of strengthening environment protection and achieving sustainable development. Implementing the on-line monitoring of main pollution sources of the city is an important measure which can strengthen environment protection and achieve long-acting management. Our country, our province and our city are paying special attention to this work and have issued a series of documents and plans. Guangdong Provinces has used some related monitoring systems. However there is no unified software and hardware for it. This project brings the on-line monitoring system for main urban pollution sources to a highly state, which aims at the practical problems, and has dropped out the shortcomings of the existed management system s and is guided by some advanced theories and means in software project field. And the paper has also introduced the design plan of the software, the technology platform, the development platform and the data management system. Meanwhile it has designed some related hardware facilities for collecting information, transmission system, and video monitoring. And it has drawn up the software development description, implement plan, project development framework and inspecting scheme. The structure of the paper obeys the rules of software project and the design of the project is advanced and applicable.The main work of the thesis and the results are as follows:1)Describes the background and significance of the research, analyzed the online data management system for urban pollution sources.problems of Torch Development Zone in the work and proposed the requirements of system.2)Integrated use of computer network technology, information management systems software engineering ideas and methods, choice of technical solutions to achieve the system and determine its development environment, system architecture and function of the system architecture.3)Using Aptana Studio on the system design, the use of Web Forms technology, data access technology, SQL Server 2000 database and programming languages such as javascript to implement the system, and its comprehensive testingIn this paper, online data management system for urban pollution sources has achieved targets of the tests.
