With the development of urbanization in China and the rapid growth of motor vehicle ownership,the total amount of mobile pollution sources has increased,which has become the main source of urban air pollution.According to the Traffic Management Bureau of statistics,as of the end of June 2017,the vehicle population reached 304 million,and there are more than one million cars in 49 cities.The city of Hangzhou ranked twelfth.Environmental regulators have shown that nearly 40% of Hangzhou's fog and haze comes from mobile source pollution.In order to improve the environmental quality of the city,the effective monitoring and management of mobile pollution sources should be carried out.At present,remote sensing monitoring technology is usually used to detect the emission of motor vehicles.Aiming at the characteristics of mobile pollution sources,such as fast growth,mobility,wide application,large quantity,high concentration of pollutants,long duration and so on,the control of mobile source pollution is becoming more and more arduous.After obtaining monitoring data,it is urgent to set up a data center platform which integrates online monitoring,data reception,storage,management,analysis and processing,to uniformly process vehicle data,environmental information and pollutant data,and provide support for environmental supervision department.The software system of on-line monitoring data center for mobile pollution source is designed and realized in this paper,the main work is as follows:(1)Based on the existing data center platform and the needs of the project,the overall framework of the system is designed.The system is divided into four subsystems,which are real-time data receiving management subsystem,Web monitoring query display subsystem,data analysis subsystem and system management subsystem.Different subsystems are divided into several different modules.It has realized the unified management of data,combined the pollutant information,vehicle information and environmental information closely to provide data support for the formulation of follow-up environmental protection policy.(2)In order to ensure the stable transmission of data center platform and monitoring terminal data,a data transmission format suitable for the system is designed based on the characteristics of JSON data format in Web API and Socket communication mechanism.In this way,redundant characters are reduced,transmission is convenient,conversion is convenient,easy to read,easy to realize,good structure is provided,and the efficiency of program development is improved.(3)In order to ensure the friendly interaction between the user and the data center platform,the Web monitoring platform is designed and implemented.It has a clear view on the electronic map in the monitoring network deployment,real-time monitoring,multi dimension query monitoring data,exceed the standard vehicle trajectory reconstruction and tracking,using support vector machine method to determine whether the vehicle emissions and pollution levels exceed the standard,the dynamic display of the monitoring area pollutant distribution function.Both the mobile end and the PC end can be perfectly displayed.(4)In order to make the data center platform to mass storage,flexibility,the system is deployed in the cloud server platform.The database server is separated from the application server to ensure the data security.The performance of the system is tested by writing software automatically generating test cases and manual testing.The test results show that the system works stably for 24 hours.
