In allusion to the important role and the characteristics of process parametersacquisition and control. We adapted automatic control technology and informationtechnology to building an open platform for information. We achieved to transmit theinformation in time in the process of production. When different production managers getthe information, they can make the right judgments and take appropriate measures in atimely manner in accordance with the production information. These data engage theenterprise decision maker to make the right judgments in the fierce competition, whichwould provide a reliable basis for them.Firstly, according to the characteristics of glove production, such as the hugemanaging data capacity and the widely distributed nodes, we proposed using distributednetwork control of multiple small PLC to achieve acquisition, transmission andcentralized management for mass production data. According to the various characteristicsof the data, the system is divided into several modules. Aiming to specific acquisitionprogram we have established communication among the PLC topological relations, fromwhich we can manage to acquire the production data management. Secondly, we putforward the electric circuit design of the system, and made a detailed description of thisprogram. Judging from the principles that PID control strategy combined with the PLC,we made debugging and verification for closed-loop control of production parameters. Bythat way we have improved precision of the production line. Finally, we have done more,such as the development of appropriate management software, the data acquisition forcomputing, processing, and the design of a friendly man-machine operation interface. Inaddition, we also built a comprehensive data management platform in the production lineprocess’ monitoring and operation.This system has been put into operation in the factory. Which the system design isturn out to be reasonable. Distributed collection has decreased the failure rate incomparasion with traditional centralized acquisition. It is easy to make maintenance and iscost-effective. It has achieved the management and control in the process parameters ofproduction line. It has improved the business management level. |
