The Design And Development For The Information Resources Management Platform Of Basin Management Digitization

The information resource management platform is the core content of the basin management digitization constructing. The platform would base on integrating present various water resources information, rely on safe and fast information transferring channels supported by the computer network systems, and base on the normalized data center with completed information and kindly share mechanism, to realize kindly sharing and integrated managing the various information resources in every class water department.The thesis presents the whole process of the design and development for the basin resources management platform via describing its present situation and function. First, the present situation and function of the information resources management platform was studied. Then, based on the present situation and function, the detail design was made for the frame of the platform, the classification and standards of basin information resources, the computer network and telecommunication environment, the data center, GIS (Geographical Information System) environment, safety service environment, the applying and developing environment and the informant gateway. Finally, the functional design for the platform and applying design for realizing GIS function were presented.
