With the coming of economic globalization and information era, the focus ofcorporate competition change to be agile gradually. Whether we can respond tobusiness needs from market becomes a key issue in its success or failure.This paper thinks small and medium sized manufactories enterprise as theresearch object from the perspective of supply chain management. It designs andimplements a supply chain management system based on Struts framework and Ajax.The whole system effectively manages a variety of scattered data to integrate andtransmit in one process. The supply chain management system is rebuilt from therights parts, which are power management, production management, inventorymanagement, material supply and marketing businesses. Then the manufactoryachieves a seamless process to unify the management of the whole supply chain.The main contribution of this paper is described as followed.Firstly, in theory, this paper applies the advanced thinking on supply chain andmanufacturing, analyses the existing problems in some manufactory and gives awhole solution based on detailed analysis of requirements. As the object of study inthis paper is a processing, assembly whose main business is manufacturing enterprises,so the analysis presented in this paper, the conclusions and applications, not only tosolve the practical problems of the enterprise, but also in the same industry have acertain typical and universal, available to other manufacturing enterprises forreference and learning.Secondly, in practical applications, the system applies Ajax technique and designpattern of MVC. It expands the object persistence layer from the logical layer, so it isnot only a good solution to the mismatch between object elements and relationaldatabases, but also reduces the coupling between the logic layer and database layer. Itreduces the complexity of the coding in logical layer, then it improves thedevelopment efficiency, and enhances system portability, scalability, andmaintainability.
