Asp-based Students Of Management Information System

The development of computer technology has not only greatly promoted the development of science and technology, but also obviously accelerated the informatization processes of the economy and the society. Along with the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy system, the unceasing deepening of higher education and teaching reforms, and the continuous improvement of the socialist legal system construction, the student work in universities and colleges have been confronted with unprecedented challenges. With the increasing number of college students, Students'overall quality also tends to decline. College students'values become diversified under the influence of the society. The rapid development of network has not only brought much convenience to university students, but make students face the negative issues that they have never met before. University students'legal consciousness has been unceasingly strengthened, which requires the student work to be more standardized, scientific and legalized. Facing the new situation, the new question, we must keep pace with the times in dealing with the student work in higher schools, and we have made clearer the concept, contents and methods of student work in universities and colleges, so as to further enhance the pertinence, effectiveness and operability of education.The emergence and continuous development of modern information technology have endowed education modernization with new connotations, and the traditional education management mode should be changed by way of information technology, which is an inevitable trend for the education development. To develop the management information system of student work in universities is a great necessity for the informatization of student work in universities, is also a new sorting and summary for student work, and thus to provide convenience for the staff who are engaged in student work. Students'information management has been conducted manually, and mistakes are easily made due to multifarious data, intense labor and low working efficiency. Moreover, it is not easy to search, classify, summarize and scientifically analyze data and information. Therefore, in higher schools student work departments have laid much more emphasis on office automation system. This paper, based on the description of development background of office automation technology, analyzes the needs of office automation for student work in universities and colleges, adopts a popular three-layer framework, and describes the function, characteristics and main method of ASP and Microsoft SQL Server 2000, to realize the inputting, modifying, querying, retrieval functions of students'basic information. And a set of office automation system is designed and developed which is appropriate for student work in universities and colleges, and the design and development process is introduced of information management office automation system in the paper.
