The Study And Development Of Banks' Devices Managing System Based On B/S Structure

With the development progress of informatization in commercial banks, the amount of electronic equipments grows rapidly. In order to manage these equipments canonically and scientifically, improve the office efficiency and save the cost, a suitable management system is eagerly necessary. This thesis focuses on analysis the requirements of the branch bank of Changchun, its 30 sub-branches and subsidiary affiliations, develops an electronic equipments management system by ASP, SQL server 2000 and IIS, which is suitable for the branch banks in capital cities.As software exclusively for commercial bank, compared with common management system, this work has the following feature: According to the regulations that branch banks allocate all equipments belonged to branch, sub-branch banks and the subsidiary affiliations. The system has two tiers of authorities: the operators in the sub-branches, subsidiary affiliations and administrator in the branch bank. The administrator can allocate, check and delete all equipments belongs to the branch, sub-branches and the subsidiary affiliations. The operator can only handle his or her own affiliation's equipments, but no equipments of other affiliations. So the system can be divided into two modules: the common module of sub-branches and the administration module of branch bank. The common module includes equipments'information inputting, data dictionary managing, equipments inquiring, equipments modifying and deleting, Excel generating and downloading, user customizing. Besides above functions, the administration module also includes log managing, account managing, advance equipments inquiring and equipments statistics.Now the system has been tested and running smoothly in the branch banks, sub branches and the subsidiary affiliations. However there are still following shortages needs further improvements. When the transmission network is of poor quality, the system is easy to fail in running; the system cannot run on Linux and the system needs to provide the supporting of the bar code or two-dimensional code scanning.
