With the development of computer technology and information technology, more and more compnaies have utilized computer technology and information technology in company management,which brings a challenge to car business. Human resource management is an important part of the car business. It has a very important position in the whole process of the car business. It is necessary for a car company to put human resource management in a standard and scientific way, which helps the car manufacturing company to be migrated to modern society.This thesis is based on general business's human resource management.We design a human resource management system according to actual needs of the car company. At last we develop a personnel management system that can meet general requirement of the car company.Based on studying the existing situation of human resource management at home and abroad, this thesis explains how to design a human resource management system based on C / S structure. It describes the technology including such as the C / S structure, Microsoft NET development platform, C # development language, SQL Server 2000 database technology and so on. Also it describes how to make an analysis of the human resource management system for the car company, the classification of function modules of system, the analysis and establishment of system's database, and the implementation in part of function modules and the software's functionality testing.The human resource management system is designed according to actual demand of the car company. System's architecture is based on C/S structure. We take full advantage of the strong data processing ability of C/S structure .We choose the popular development platform Microsoft NET as the system development platform, use C# language as a tool to develop desktop client side, and realize the integration of the client-side and server-side. The system is running on Windows XP Professional operating system and SQL Server 2000 database as the operating platform. At last we develop a human resource systems to implement these functions: personnal info management, attendance management, payroll and benefits management, recruitment management, personel dimission/job-quiting management, employee training management, labor contract management and other business management. The software is of simple operation, intuitive data, stable function and convenient maintenance. It can be used as an effective tool to improve human resource management in a car company.
