On the one hand, the system can considerably reduce the management burden of the teaching affairs office, increase the veracity of resources and documents transferred on the other hand, it can reduce the administrative cost with no-paper office work. At the same time, it can lighten the workload of teachers and provide information to students in good time, which can save the valuable time of teachers and students. With B/S structure as the framework, with Microsoft Visual Studio.NET as the tool of development, with C# as the program language and SQL Server 2000 as database facility, the system has established a graduate student management system which functions and performs very well. The system has now been lunged into use in Changchun Taxation College where the penman works. Through the practical test, the system can provide an effective platform of information communication between teachers and students, which is highly appreciated by the teachers and students, and has become a good assistant of graduate student teaching affairs administration.The main content studied in this paper is as following:Generalizes the current development of computer technology and graduate student administration system, based on the situation of Changchun Taxation College, and expatiates the necessity of establishing an advanced graduate student administration system.Introduces the technological background of the development of the graduate student administration system.
