How to optimize the business process, improve the quality of service and promote the hotel image by making use of the advanced information technology and communication technology, consequently keep ahead under the fierce competition in the market is the problem that the modern hotel business popularly concerned about.The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a kind of popular form in the current enterprise management information systems. Most of the ERP systems help the enterprise to totally solve the core business problems of supply and marketing, finance, plan, quality and manufacture effectively. There are many examples that the enterprises abroad carried out ERP successfully and created profits. Many domestic enterprises come into effect as well, and reached remarkable accomplishment. As a result, the implementing of ERP system in hotel business is very meaningful.After the analysis of interior and exterior resources about hotels in our country, the article put forward a system of hotel ERP based on the B/S structure and expounded the design and exploitation process.The article first carried out feasibility analysis and system requirement analysis, then open a debate on the implement project and realization method of system. In the part of outline design, it put forward the construction mission of the system and fix on the structure, general frame and the design ,of each functional module of the system. In the part of detailed design, it discussed the building of development platform first, introduced data connection and library classes description, analyzed the business processes of each functional module and realization method of system in detail, discussed the establishment of system database and the realization of stored procedures, and then analyzed security issues and solutions of system.
