With the rapid development of aeronautical science and technology, aircraft safety and reliability has been continuously improved, however, the aviation maintenance human errors has been happened continuously and the human error-related safety incidents were on the rise。In order to reinforce the aviation maintenance human error incidents investigation and management for putting forward more targeted solutions and preventive measures in the query, statistics and analysis of the errors, it is urgently requiring a systematic, advanced, practical and powerful factors in aviation maintenance management information system。The system will implement error events investigaton, cause analysis, error management business integration and error information processing specifications, build maintenance errors in the data set processing and management platform, thereby increasing the overall maintenance of security in China civil aviation management and realizing aviation maintenance and security management program and normalization。The issue focused on the China aviation maintenance human errors,firstly discussed the principle, essence, characteristics, causes and control methods of human error in the aviation maintenance,then analysed human errors from Human Error Analysis and Classification System--the four layers structure of HFACS system (unsafe behavior, not the prerequisite for unsafe behavior, unsafe supervise and organization influence)。Finally Based on HFACS model and maintenance accident investigation process, projected the aviation maintenance human error management information system, including the maintenance error event data entry and management, the whole cycle maintenance error cause analysis and prevention,error statistical and trend forecasting and so on。The system used SQL and VB to database and modules development。The unique feature of the paper were that projected the aviation maintenance human error management information system,which was depending on the HFACS four-lever model and maintenance accident investigation process。The system is helpful for reducing manual record errors and management workload,improving maintenance efficiency and accuracy and implementing precise management of aviation maintenance human errors, while providing the Aviation Security Department of decision supports。Therefore the application of the system on civil aviation safety management has positive effects and important significance。...
