In recent years, a large number of civil aviation accidents show that more than three quarters of accidents are caused by man-made causes. Which, due to crew on crew resource management (CRM) caused by poor air accidents all flight accidents accounted for more than 70%; while the lack of effective training, man-machine problems can also be caused by human-induced causes of errors important factor. Thus, in order to further enhance the security of civil aviation, we must find ways to improve the crew of the aircraft interface, management and control capability, eliminating man-machine barrier, while improving unit or emergency events on the surrounding environment perceptions, judgments, communicate, and decision-making capacity in order to reduce man-made causes error rate. To solve the above problem, the more feasible approach is: First, people start because of engineering theory to identify the existing barriers to point and lead to human-computer error in a variety of man-made external and internal factors; Subsequently, the design of more effective training way to eliminate man-machine barriers, improve the flight crew to emergency disposal capacity and eventually reduce the man-made causes of error rate, so that the level of civil aviation safety to a new level.By analysis domestic and international civil aviation safety in recent years in this thesis,, it describes the method by changing the training model comprehensively improve the ability to deal with the flight crew, reducing the need for man-made error-rate. In the course of the study, through man-made causes of global aviation in recent years, the major flight incidents detailed analysis to select among the more typical five cases as a template, the process of sorting out the accident, weather conditions, the open space environment, aircraft parameters, induced by the incident man-machine barrier point, fault information, and the aircraft crew in the process carried out by a series of disposition, and sorted out the appropriate accident chain and ultimately led to the accident occurred because of human error chain. On this basis, the data into C172R aircraft trainer training system produced four sets of training courses and an examination procedure, and to design appropriate evaluation system for automatic disposal of the unit recording and evaluation. It has been tested for the stability of operation system and accuracy of objective evaluation and ultimately proves that the training system can be used for the CRM training of C172 model in which it can improve the ability to deal with crew error rate and reduce the man-made causes.C172R models through training and evaluation system design and development; in particular, to its advanced, scientific, practical line of research and validation for the model of the future, the field of civil aviation pilot training provides the basis for the promotion and application.
