In China, the frequency of aviation accidents is in the lower, but the absolutenumber is increasing. The human factors accidents (HFA) are the largest share inaviation accidents. Therefore, the research of HFA has a top priority. The HFA researchof air traffic control (ATC) involves living organisms (human) factors, the software andhardware factors of ATC system, and the working environment factors of ATC. If wewant to describe quantitatively how human factors influence the ATC work, it willproduce the mass of data. In order to effectively manage massive aviation accident andhuman factors information, and promote the research about the human factors ofaviation accidents (HFAA), we will use modern informantion technology to design anddevelop an HFAA information management system (HFAAMIS).The paper sorts out the current research of HFAA at home and abroad. Then weput forward the research target of this topic and set the content. According to thereseach content, we sort out and analyze the related theory and technology of HFAA.In this job, we further research the human factors analysis and classification system(HFACS), and the nature of the HFAA data and its classification. Then we analyze theair traffic control (ATC) system unsafe factors, and expound the influence of thehuman self factors and work load factors for the HFA. This paper briefly introduces theJ2EE middleware technology, database theory, the system design mode andframework.Based on the theory and technology, we analyze the real demands of HFAAMIS.According to the development process of software engineering, we describe thegeneral design and detailed module design of system. In the design stage, we take theMVC design pattern, integrate the Struts frame and Hibernate frame, and build across-platform Web application. In the data management, the system adopts theMySQL5.1, which is a highly scalable data management system. In the systemimplement, we adopt the Java development platform and the JSP dynamic webtechnology standards, and implement in MyEclipse8.5, which is an integrateddevelopment platform. The system introduced in this paper, has designed four functions about HFA thatare information collection, information gathering, information query and statisticalmodule. The functions collection, gathering have been implemented in the paper.Based on the immediately retrieval and urgent left link retrieval of Hibernate,HFAAMIS has realized the classification and fuzzy inquiry of HFA information. Theinnovative works of this paper include the following factors. We designed andconstructed the database of HFAAMIS, and implemented the classification tables ofthe wrong types and casuses and symptomatic types of the HFA. Moreover, thefunctions classification query and fuzzy query are implemented in our paper. Bytesting, the system realized in the paper, completed the research target.
