With the development of equipment towards large-size, high-speed and automation in Iron&Steel Corporation, new problems and challenges are brought into enterprise equipment maintenance. A lot of malfunctions are difficult to detection manually because equipments become accurate and complicated more and more. On the other hand, the loss of the equipment shutdown, which is caused by the abrupt fault, increases largely. The maintenance plan making depends on the ability and experiences of technicians, which can't satisfy the enterprise demand. So it is urgent to guide maintenance reasonably to prolong the server life of equipment and lower the production cost.Condition-based equipment maintenance, i.e. predictive maintenance, is a new equipment maintenance concept in contemporary. The main idea is that there are some symptoms in condition signal before equipments fault occurs and condition signal has a development process when equipment changes from normality to abnormality. Therefore, the location, characteristics and variation rule of fault can be acquired timely by condition signal, and maintenance decision can be made according to probability method. The conclusion can be drawn that the technologies of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis are the basis of condition-based equipment maintenance. So it is necessary to condition-based equipment maintenance that transferring condition data to examination center in time.In this thesis, a condition-based equipment maintenance management system aimed at predictive maintenance is proposed. And two crucial technologies are mentioned, which are the route inspection maintenance management based on condition and the technique of dynamic spare part management based on statistical estimation. Then actual maintenance management model and system condition in Jiuquan Iron&Steel Group Corporation are analyzed. According to the deepen reformation, the organization's change and the extending scale of the equipment management, the reasonable and optimized solution plan is put forward, and a design, which is for the structures of the equipment condition maintain management information system, software function, data stream, operation process and database is developed. The system has been used in plank steel plant and high-speed line plant in Jiuquan Iron&Steel Group Corporation. Results show that the management system provides powerful supports for building data-platform of enterprise equipment condition, changes human's tradition opinions, enhances the accuracy of the maintenance decision, and improves enterprise equipment management overall.
