As core section in aviation safety operation, aircraft maintenance plays a decisive role on flight safety. Maintenance personnel are the main part of maintenance and having heavy responsibility. Their activities are the conclusive factors of maintenance quality. To analyze and research on human mistake is benefit for improving the management level of maintenance system, ensuring aircraft maintenance quality and decreasing flight unsafe factors.The paper embarks the demand and function of our country economy and the social development on general aviation, investigating the present situation of general aviation service system. The paper makes statistics and analysis of the aviation maintenance system of human resources, which includes the total status of human resource, distribution of maintenance type and length of service. Then the paper analyzes the definition of human mistake, industry standards and classification of qualitative, the basic types, the ways based on the overall framework design, etc. Eventually it proposes the methods and strategies of prevention.In order to improve the current situation of maintenance system, the paper describes how to construct an intelligent system for determining mistakes base on Site Factory? software platform. This system can be used at management of aircraft maintenance and investigation of maintenance human mistakes. It also provides a forum for the majority of service personnel on technology and improves the level of aviation safety and efficiency of operation in the final.
