The maintenance error will lead to bad sequel and tremendous loss. According to the demand of Chinese civil aviation safety management, this paper gets to the heart of MEDA program and Human Error model, categorizes the maintenance error factors and designs maintenance investigation lists combined with the maintenance procedure. On the basis of MEDA program and Human error factors cotegories, it develops a maintenance full-cycle human error factors statistical analysis model and forecasts the trend of human error's impact combined with the investigation lists. It also designs the human error factors information management procedure based on the maintenance full-cycle procedure. The data level of investigation lists, application level of statistical analysis predication and system management level are applied to design the maintenance human error factors information management system. Additionally, the SQL sever database and Visual Basic 6.0 are applied to relize the maintenance human error factors information management system, which receieves a goog effect from the initial implementation. This research is helpful to maiatenace error information management, reduce the workload of manual record and error information management, and enhance the effience and accuracy of information management. Its statistic analysis report is also helpful to provide decision supports for aviation safety management department and improve the level of management. Especially on the current background of implementing SMS in Chinese avation, the design and development of this system is undoubtedly significant.
